Patrick Schwerdtfeger has traveled extensively as a keynote speaker, having contributed to conferences and business events in North America, South America, Europe and Asia. He grew up in Canada and holds citizenship in his home country as well as the United States and Switzerland. As a result, he brings a broad international perspective to his presentations and is respectful of the cultural sensitivities in host countries. Patrick deliver the rich content and excitement without the naive cultural assumptions that characterize many other speakers.

Patrick is extremely aware of the unique circumstances that influence different countries around the world. They affect cultural norms and standard employment relationships, and a good keynote speech should reflect those details. Please indicate if there are any particular details Patrick should be aware of. That will allow us to do the proper research and make the appropriate adjustments to the keynote presentation. Patrick’s #1 priority is to ensure that the content and the underlying message are communicated in the most effective way possible.

Patrick travels from the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and is equally willing to accept speaking engagements outside America as those within it. Flights over 4 hours are generally booked as business class (as opposed to economy) unless otherwise agreed upon. Also, for events outside North and South America, arrival should be scheduled at least 1 day before the scheduled speaking time slot, allowing for a reasonable adjustment period to the local time zone.

Patrick’s topics include the massive surge in self-employment, modern business trends including big data and the social media revolution. He has spoken in dozens of cities, including many of the following:
